About Dr. Sam

Dr Sam is a friendly and caring Korean New Zealander GP who discovered his passion for medicine through a personal journey. Since graduating from University of Queensland in 2014, he completed his internship and house officer years at Logan Hospital.
With a genuine commitment to patient care, Sam obtained his fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2019. During the pandemic, he successfully led Federal Government-affiliated respiratory clinics and COVID-19 vaccination clinics at Nundah and South Brisbane. His clinic won the prestigious RACGP QLD General Practice of the Year award in 2020.
Fluent in English and Korean, Sam creates a warm and welcoming environment for all patients. His friendly approach and great communication skills make every visit comfortable and positive.
He has special interests in preventative medicine, skin cancers, and aviation medicine while also enjoying every aspect of general practice.
He is also a current candidate of Global Executive MBA programme at one of the top globally recognised business schools, INSEAD, where he travels to Singapore every 1-2 months.
